Garlic and herb flat breads

Makes: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yoghurt 1
  • ½ cups self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp thyme leaves

Method

1. Grind everything together in a pestle and mortar or pulse in a blender.
2. Once the flat breads come off the griddle, brush both sides with infused olive oil.
